By downloading, installing, or using HabitRipple ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HabitRipple is a habit tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized future-self visualizations based on your habits and goals.

3. User Accounts

To use HabitRipple, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

HabitRipple offers both free and premium subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Basic habit tracking features
  • Premium Plan: AI future-self generation and advanced features

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to HabitRipple, including:

  • Habit names and descriptions
  • Photos uploaded for AI generation
  • Personal goals and notes

By uploading photos, you grant us permission to process them through our AI systems to generate your future-self visualizations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the App
  • Interfere with other users' access to the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App

7. AI-Generated Content

Regarding AI-generated future-self images:

  • Generated images are for personal inspiration only
  • Results are not predictions of actual future outcomes
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of generated images
  • You may not use generated images for commercial purposes without permission

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HABITRIPPLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
